Who You'll Learn From
Co-Founder, Director, Chairman
Sean found a front row seat at Ground Zero after the 9/11 attacks. There he provided lighting for the search and rescue operations. This is where the seeds for being involved in crisis response work were planted. In 2007 he and his wife Laura officially launched Crisis Response International. Since then, CRI has trained thousands of responders to reach the harvest in the midst of crisis.
Laura is a coffee drinker and a solutions engineer, in that order. She loves using her creativity to mentor others in creating their own stories. Laura has spent years working under pressure and keeping the balance. She has even packed up and moved her family 17 times in 16 years. The ARC school was a vision she dreamed up years ago at a Heidi Baker conference. It was pulling on her desire to train and send mature believers who each have a heart to be sent out, people who know who they are and what they are called to do. Currently she lives with her husband, three of their five children and their two year old dogter, Roxy. She accepts payment in the form of Starbucks gift cards and shoulder massages.
CRI Responder, Worship Leader
Michelle began leading worship seventeen years ago with a heart to see believers equipped to do what they are called to walk in. She graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Music and loves leading people of all ages and walks of life into the Presence of God. When not at the piano or loving on her two beautiful children, Michelle has a passion for justice in politics that keeps her busy in her city. She and her husband live in Florida where they juggle parenthood and jobs all while giving leadership to a discipleship group of amazing young adults. CRí has been blessed to have Michelle as a responder, worship leader and incredible teacher since she trained in 2011.
